MY STORY

Out of high school, I thought I knew what I wanted to do for a living. It took a couple different majors in college to realize that neither one was right for me. I was never a person that used to enjoy working out nor did I ever want to. I wasn’t active through school and I had no idea how to even properly pick up a weight.

After graduating high school, I was introduced to the weights section of the gym and I was hooked! Gone were the days of doing cardio for endless hours a week and feeling stuck where I was physically. I quickly developed a passion for working out and noticed a huge difference in my body. My friends and family were noticing and asking for my help. I soon enrolled in the National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer program. By January 2015, I received my certification and have been training ever since.

I spent a year training at a local gym in town. From there, I moved on to a studio where my clients were able to feel more comfortable working out in a private space. That studio has been such a blessing to have and to work with my clients in!

Along with building a healthy lifestyle involving exercise… comes nutrition! The gym and the kitchen go hand in hand! In making that more of a priority, in January 2021, I received my certification in Nutrition Coaching which allows me to work closer with those seeking guidance in their daily nutrition.

I truly love what I do and helping people feel healthy and strong is amazing. I have worked with a variety of people over the years and have enjoyed every moment of assisting them reach their health and wellness goals. I love hearing my clients say they feel stronger, their clothes fit better, or they finally feel confident in their own skin. It is beyond rewarding to know that I can guide people toward a healthier lifestyle and support anyone who needs encouragement and motivation. I love working in the wellness space and I wouldn't have it any other way!
