Mind Soul Body: Online Wellness Program

 

As a personal trainer with a busy schedule and juggling two kids, I realized that I could only do so much and only help a specific number of people at a time. Therefore, I created MSB in the hopes that I could reach more people and touch more lives than just those who came to see me personally.

MSB is an online training program that includes workouts every 4 weeks (3 new full body workouts, plus an optional bonus workout are uploaded to your account), a comprehensive exercise library, a community support group, recipes, and wellness coaching calls.

I am so incredibly honored to have the opportunity to work with so many more people online. I feel so incredibly on fire with the idea of helping others succeed in their goals by giving them the guide to get there. I cannot wait to connect with any future online clients!
